WHAT YOU GET:
1. 8 Weeks of Unlimited Classes
Attend as many 45-minute functional fitness classes as you want throughout the challenge. The more you show up, the better your results.
2. Your Own Dedicated Coach
You'll be assigned a personal coach who tracks YOUR progress, reviews your InBody scans, creates your custom nutrition plan, and checks in with you weekly. This isn't just a class instructor—this is YOUR coach for 8 weeks.
3. Custom Nutrition Playbook
No generic meal plans. Your nutrition is tailored specifically to your body and goals based on your InBody scan results. Your coach will adjust your plan as you progress.
4. InBody Body Fat Scans
Get precise measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge. Track actual body fat percentage changes—not just what the scale says. See exactly how your body composition is transforming.
5. Team Competition & Accountability
You'll be placed on a team with other members. Your team competes together, supports each other, and pushes toward the $1,000 team prize. You're not doing this alone.
6. Optional Fitness Events
Join fun, active events like group hikes, yoga sessions, and other community activities throughout the challenge. Completely optional, but a great way to stay engaged and connected.
7. $2,000 in Total Prizes
- $1,000 to the individual who loses the most body fat percentage
- $1,000 to the team with the highest combined fat loss percentage
