A One-Day Test of Strength, Engine, and Community

Join us for a high-energy, community-driven strength and conditioning event designed for everyday athletes who want a fun, legit challenge without the pressure of a traditional competition. Expect clear standards, great vibes, and a packed gym cheering you on.

Event Highlights:

  1. Event Title: Community Strength Classic
  2. Date and Time: Saturday, April 25, 9:00 AM – approximately 2:30–3:00 PM
  3. Location: Culture Fitness - Rohnert Park, Ca
  4. Description: The Community Strength Classic is a one-day individual competition built around three simple but challenging events: a strength test, a classic conditioning workout, and rowing. This event is open to men and women of all fitness backgrounds who want to test themselves, represent their gym, and be part of a strong local fitness community.

  • Three scored events: Strength, Conditioning, and Endurance
  • Men’s, Women’s, Partner divisions

How it works:

Athletes will complete three events over the course of the day. Each event is scored by placement within your division, and the lowest total score after all three events wins.

  1. Be Specific: This event challenges total fitness: strength under fatigue, aerobic capacity, and consistency across multiple tests.
  2. Highlight Achievements: Every athlete completes all three events. Whether it is your first competition or your tenth, finishing the day is an accomplishment worth celebrating.
  3. Share Success Stories: You will be competing alongside real people from local gyms, training partners, and friends who show up to push themselves and support one another.
